An Arizona State University alumna with over two decades of impact in the dental industry, she’s led regional sales teams, turned underperforming practices into thriving businesses, and redefined what leadership looks like in modern healthcare. From Sales Rep to Business Development Specialist, to Regional Trainer, and now CEO—Argentina’s journey is proof that vision, execution, and courage create extraordinary outcomes.

Currently serving as the Practice Development Director at Thrive Masterminds, Sherri partners with doctors and teams to align passion and purpose with business and clinical excellence.
